Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Damaged, defective, incorrect, custom, perishable, personal care, hazardous, sale items, and gift cards are generally non-returnable. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

For approved returns, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
